Michele Lomuoio

Michele Lomuoio is a fingerstyle guitarist and composer from Genoa. He started learning music as a child and studied modern and then classical guitar at the Genoese Academy of Music "Conservatorio Nicolò Paganini" until the accomplishment of the medium level.

In 2007 he qualified in the course “Master Chitarra Rock” (a master for the rock guitar) held by the guitarist Donato Begotti.

In 2008 he began learning fingerstyle acoustic guitar with the help of Maestro Pietro Nobile.

In June 2011 he won the A.D.G.P.A. Guitar International Rendez Vous competition as best new acoustic guitarist of the year.

In 2012 his self-composed song “New air” was included in the study series “Fingerstyle collection vol. 3” (Carish) and presented at the famous Sarzana festival New Sound Of Acoustic Music.

In October 2012 he graduated at the fingerstyle Academy of Music under the guide of Maestro Davide Mastrangelo.
